● What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
● DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
● Active Malpractice policy
● Active, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of California.
● Current CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration.
● A compassionate, detail-oriented clinical approach with excellent patient communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
● [1+ years of clinical experience or GPR/AEGD completion] (Though ambitious new grads are highly encouraged to apply—we provide exceptional mentorship!).
● Proficiency or a strong desire to expand skills in [Implants, Invisalign, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, etc.].
● A collaborative work ethic and a desire to be integrated into the social fabric of our team and community.
