RDA-Lead Assisstant

LOCATION
Rosenberg, TX

We’re growing and looking for a strong, full-time Lead Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, modern practice. This is a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about patient care, teamwork, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
1–5 years of dental experience (required)
Positive attitude, fast learner, and adaptable
Team-oriented and professional
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Implant and sleep apnea experience (a plus)
Bilingual (a plus)

Note: Must be open to occasional travel for training at our other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support clinical team flow
Assist during general and oral surgery procedures
Take digital x-rays, pano, and CBCTs
Prep and restock rooms, sterilize instruments
Update medical histories and enter treatment plans
Dismiss patients and provide post-op instructions

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Compensation:
Based on experience and qualifications
