We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a full-time Treatment Coordinator at our brand-new dental office specializing in emergency services, cosmetic procedures, and general dentistry. If you are passionate about helping patients achieve excellent dental care and enjoy working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and ensuring seamless operational flow. Your key responsibilities will include warmly greeting and checking in patients, clearly presenting treatment plans along with financial options, and scheduling consultations and follow-up visits. Collaboration with our clinical and front desk teams will be essential to support day-to-day office operations and contribute to the growth of our practice.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong communication and sales skills, is friendly and organized, and has at least one year of previous dental or healthcare front office experience. Bilingual is a plus, but not required
