Are you a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist looking for a part-time opportunity in a relaxed, patient-centered environment? We invite you to consider joining our thriving general practice, where we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to our patients.
As a dental hygienist in our office, you will work closely with a solo doctor who values a sincere and traditional approach to dentistry. Our team is comprised of cooperative, long-term members who are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. The practice serves a diverse patient pool, including PPO, MC, and FFS plans, catering to a variety of dental needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with patients and deliver exceptional dental hygiene care. You will see one patient at a time, dedicating approximately one hour to each appointment. This structure allows you to build meaningful relationships with patients while ensuring that their dental needs are met comprehensively.
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a valid dental hygienist license in North Carolina and have a minimum of one year of experience in a dental practice. Your clinical skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with patients, will be key to fostering a positive experience in our office.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a 1-hour lunch break during your shifts. Additionally, as part of our commitment to your professional growth and well-being, we provide paid time off after one year of service.
