Dental Assistant II

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant II who’s skilled, reliable, and passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice where your voice and expertise will directly shape how we serve our community and expand our footprint.
What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist chairside with efficiency and care across a variety of procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Perform charting, treatment notes, and patient education
Support clinical efficiency by anticipating the provider’s needs and maintaining smooth patient flow
Collaborate with front desk and hygiene teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain equipment, inventory, and an organized clinical environment
Support practice growth through professionalism, reliability, and patient connection
Who You Are
Current Dental Assistant II with active NC certifications and radiology credentials
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Calm and compassionate, with strong communication skills
Confident using digital systems (X-ray, charting, and imaging software)
Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-growing start-up environment
Committed to providing a spa-like, patient-first experience
