We’re currently seeking a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who is excited to grow with us as we continue to build and expand. What You’ll Do
Greet patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
Manage patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements
Verify insurance benefits and support claim submissions
Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office operations
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow
Support practice growth through strong communication, initiative, and patient satisfaction

Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational skills
Personable, confident, and able to connect with patients easily
A clear communicator who enjoys helping others understand their care
Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern dental software and digital tools
