Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced dental office specialist to oversee the daily operations of our practice. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently, providing both our patients and staff with a welcoming experience. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including managing office workflows, filing and following up on insurance claims, and treatment planning. You will also be entrusted with staff training and ensuring our schedules are optimally filled to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiently navigate and utilize Dentrix software for scheduling, patient records, and claims management.
- Oversee and manage the entirety of the dental office's operations.
- File insurance claims and conduct necessary follow-ups.
- Develop treatment plans that align with patient needs and financial capabilities.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor daily scheduling to maximize patient intake and office efficiency.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dentrix software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and quality care.
