We are located in Dunwoody, GA, near Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Doraville, Perimeter Center, and North Atlanta.

2) As a Dental Front Office Coordinator / Office Manager, you will not be expected to figure everything out alone. You will have:
-Insurance verification support
-Remote administrative support for overflow calls and office tasks
-Support from sister practices
-Training and mentorship
-Online training resources
-Modern systems designed to make the front office more organized and efficient
3) What You’ll Do
-Welcome patients and create a great first impression
-Help manage scheduling, phones, check-in, and check-out
-Support patient communication and office flow
-Assist with insurance, treatment coordination, and daily administrative needs
-Work closely with doctors, clinical teammates, and leadership
4) What We’re Looking For
-Dental front office experience preferred
-Office manager, patient care coordinator, or treatment coordinator experience is a plus
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Positive attitude and team-first mindset
-Comfortable working in a busy dental office
