We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who embodies compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As an integral member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the patient experience, providing preventive services, and collaboratively creating tailored treatment plans in partnership with our dentists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, the importance of preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
- Utilize an array of dental instruments and technologies proficiently, with an emphasis on maintaining a sterile and organized work environment.
- Document patient interactions and clinical findings accurately in our electronic health records, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

- Current California state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education and relationship-building.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records; iTero experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a coordinated team environment.
