Dental Hygienist Position Available

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our tight-knit dental practice. This is a full-time position within a single-doctor office, where you will work closely with our comprehensive team of two dental assistants and an administrative front desk professional. As a reputable practice specializing in general dentistry and accepting both HMO and PPO plans, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid dental hygiene license and possess a passion for oral health education and patient interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education. You will also assist in the management of dental records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

In our practice, you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including digital radiography and Gendex imaging systems. Proficiency in Dentrix and Vixwin software is necessary for effective patient management and record-keeping.

Patient safety is our top priority; therefore, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We maintain a clean and safe environment, facilitating effective treatment and care.

As part of this rewarding role, you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break to recharge during your workday. Your ability to educate and motivate patients about their oral hygiene routines, deliver effective scaling and root planning treatments, and execute clear communication will make you an invaluable part of our team.
