We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Dental Hygienist at our esteemed general dental practice. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to our patients, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our growing practice.
About the Role:
In this position, you will deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including but not limited to: performing thorough periodontal assessments, cleaning teeth, polishing, applying fluoride treatments, and educating patients on oral health practices. You will have the opportunity to see one patient at a time, allowing you to dedicate one hour to each appointment. This focused approach ensures you can provide personalized care, make accurate assessments, and foster a comforting environment for our patients.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and have at least two years of experience in a dental hygiene setting. Your clinical skills, attention to detail, and passion for patient care will be essential to your success in this role. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to grow alongside our practice.
Work Environment:
Our practice operates Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a structured yet dynamic working atmosphere. You will enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and convenient parking available in our office parking lot.
Benefits:
We value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, with an hourly rate of $52-57, which will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include paid medical coverage, paid holidays, and vacation time—one week after your first year, increasing to two weeks in subsequent years.
