Course Objectives:

At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Discuss real-world challenges commonly experienced during the transition into private practice
• Learn practical skills not typically emphasized in hygiene school, including workflow, communication, and office dynamics
• Explore difficult scenarios such as conflict with coworkers, production pressure, and difficult patients
• Build confidence through honest conversations and shared experiences from practicing hygienists
