Imposter syndrome is a common experience for new dental professionals transitioning from school into clinical practice. This course normalizes these feelings while providing tools to build confidence, develop self-trust, and find one’s professional voice. Participants will explore the root causes of imposter syndrome, learn strategies to manage self-doubt, and gain practical techniques to communicate confidently with patients, doctors, and team members—without feeling the need to “know everything.”

Please note: This is an interactive mentorship session. Cameras will be on, and participation is encouraged! Come prepared with questions or topics you'd love to discuss—this is your time to connect, share, and get personalized guidance.
