Dr. Elizabeth Turner is the co-founder of Untethered Airway Health Center, where she helps people of all ages thrive through airway-focused dentistry. She is a leading expert in breathing-related sleep disorders, tethered oral tissues, and comprehensive dentistry. She also co-hosts the podcast No One Told Me: The Airway Health Connection, where she shares insights on the critical role airway health plays in overall wellness.
Passionate about mentorship and education, Dr. Turner created The Untethered Way, a comprehensive course designed to help dental colleagues understand the vital intersection of dentistry and airway health. Through this program, she provides practical guidance on integrating airway-focused principles into everyday practice, empowering clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and rethink traditional approaches to oral health.
A graduate of Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Turner originally hails from Maine. As a mother who watched her own son transform after tongue tie treatment, she understands both the concerns parents face and the care needed for optimal results. She is a visiting faculty member for Spear Education and lectures nationally on airway-focused care. Dr. Turner resides in Denver, CO with her family and loves all things health, outdoors, and fitness.
