It’s not uncommon to find yourself in a job that doesn’t align with your values or goals. In this session, we’ll talk about how to recognize when a situation isn’t working, how to address issues constructively, and how to make a graceful transition if needed—without second-guessing your skills.

Please note: This is an interactive mentorship session. Cameras will be on, and participation is encouraged! Come prepared with questions or topics you'd love to discuss—this is your time to connect, share, and get personalized guidance.

You’re welcome to attend some or all sessions, and don’t worry if you miss one—we’ll repeat the entire program regularly so you can catch it next time around.
