Dr. Emily Boge, EdD, RDH, CDA, FAADH, FADHA, CDIPC, is a highly experienced clinical and academic dental professional with an extensive background in preventive health, dental product innovation, and allied dental education. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Clinical Education and Innovation at Paradise Dental Technologies (PDT), combining clinical expertise in dental hygiene and assisting with experience as a dual program director, technical writer, researcher, and independent consultant.
With a Master of Public Administration and a Doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership, Dr. Boge teaches clinicians, educators, and industry professionals worldwide. A champion for evidence-based, practitioner-informed product development, she has authored and spoken for national platforms and continues to influence innovation across the dental industry. Dr. Boge lives on a fifth-generation family farm in rural Iowa and enjoys traveling, cooking, and driving fast cars.
