This interactive Interview Bootcamp is designed to help new dental professionals confidently navigate the job search and interview process. Participants will learn how to prepare for interviews, communicate their value effectively, and evaluate potential workplaces beyond just the job offer. Through real-world scenarios, common interview questions, and practical strategies, this course empowers new graduates to advocate for themselves, recognize red and green flags, and enter the workforce with clarity and confidence.

At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills during interviews, working interviews, and job shadows.
• Evaluate job offers by identifying workplace red flags, green flags, and alignment with personal and professional goals.
• Apply negotiation strategies related to pay, benefits, scheduling, and expectations appropriate for new dental professionals.
