Dr. Dale Greer’s established North Dallas dental practice is seeking an exceptional Chairside Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office is known for providing high-quality dentistry in a warm, friendly, patient-centered environment. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and enjoys building strong relationships with patients and teammates.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum, NO EXCEPTIONS, 5 years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and charting/documentation abilities
• Positive attitude and team-oriented personality
• Confidence working in a highly delegated practice
• Desire to grow professionally and become a long-term leader within our team
Preferred Experience
Experience with many or all of the following is highly desirable:
• Fabrication and cementation of provisional restorations
• Crown and bridge procedures
• Basic Surgical assisting
• Minor orthodontic procedures
• Occlusal adjustments and delivery of bite guards
• Digital dentistry and modern dental technology
Position Details
• Full-time Lead Assistant position
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• One Friday morning per month for team meetings and training
• Current RDA, x-ray and Nitrous certification (mandatory background check).
