Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

All About Smile Dental Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are seeking someone who is professional, organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during general and restorative procedures
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols
Take impressions and assist with crowns, bridges, and other procedures
Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
Keep operatories stocked and organized
Help maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day
Work closely with the doctor, hygienist, front office, and other team members
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of OSHA and infection-control standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Friendly and compassionate with patients
Able to multitask and work well as part of a team
Dental experience preferred
