What You’ll Do:
As a Dental Practice Office Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind team unity, patient experience, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead and mentor front and back-office staff with clarity, consistency, and care
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, oversee billing, claims, insurance, and reporting
Drive KPIs and team performance with accountability and vision
Effective Treatment Case Presentation
Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to align on treatment goals and productivity
Build trust through strong leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and servant leadership
Lead by example and help out in any area
Support your team
Lead Bi-Weekly OM leadership meetings with your team.
Oversee the training and development of all new team members.
Have monthly and quarterly check-ins with all team members.
Manage all team members clock in and clock out times to effectively manage overtime.
Report on all business metrics monthly

Experience Required: 2+years of Dental Office Management or equivalent leadership experience in dentistry
