Join Our Caring Team as a Dental Hygienist!

Are you a dedicated Dental Hygienist looking to be part of a small, supportive team in a beautiful community? We invite you to apply to join our thriving general dental practice located in the picturesque Crestline Village, Mountain Brook.

Our practice is a one-doctor office with a close-knit team and a wonderful group of patients. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join us full-time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, typically dedicating one hour for each patient appointment. You will be responsible for performing prophylaxis and other essential hygiene duties, ensuring our patients maintain optimal oral health. Our work culture emphasizes a high level of patient interaction, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and provide preventative care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the doctor and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes

While 2 years of experience in the field is preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for dental hygiene and a commitment to patient care, regardless of experience level.

We offer competitive hourly compensation based on experience, ranging from $32 to $36, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes an insurance stipend, vacation time, and the option for an IRA. Our office promotes a great work-life balance, with a designated lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM and available parking behind the office or at a nearby parking deck. Our office is open Mon-Thurs from 7:45am-5pm.
