Patient Care Coordinator

Gentle Smiles of Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and fun person to be the face of our general dental practice.

We are well established, one doctor private practice. We are looking for an experienced, mature and compassionate team player to help us care for our wonderful patients. Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable verifying insurance, discussing treatment, financial arrangements and scheduling with patients.

***At least 1 year of dental experience is required***

Front Office Team Member Responsibilities:

● Greeting patients in a professional and personable manner

● Scheduling/ following up with patient appointments

● Verifying insurance in timely manner

● Answering patient inquiries on treatment plans and payment options

● Collecting co-pays and any outstanding balances

● All other office tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Promote practice
Must be willing to be cross-trained in all office duties as well.
Front Office Team Member skills:

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

● Computer competent and able to operate a multi-line phone

● Multi-tasking abilities and able to work comfortably in a busy work setting

● Most importantly, an upbeat personality that is dedicated to keeping the patients happy!

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
