Experienced Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

🌟 What You’ll Do
You’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients, helping make the treatment process smooth, comfortable, and easy to understand.

Your day may include:
* 🦷 Presenting treatment plans and explaining recommended care
* 💰 Reviewing treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options
* 📋 Coordinating new patient paperwork and maintaining accurate records
* 📞 Following up on unscheduled treatment and recalls
* 💳 Collecting payments and monitoring patient accounts
* 📑 Submitting and following up on insurance pre-authorizations and claims
* 📅 Scheduling appointments and helping keep the practice schedule full
* 📊 Monitoring patient ledgers and outstanding balances
* 💙 Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
* 🤝 Working closely with the clinical and front office teams
