Pediatric Dental Assistant!
LOCATION
Millburn, NJWe are a growing pediatric dental practice seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our clinical and administrative operations on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced dental setting and values teamwork, professionalism, and patient care.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing digital and conventional X-rays, updating patient records, and helping maintain smooth daily workflow. Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly manner are important when working with pediatric patients. Experience with DentiMax, Open Dental, and ScanX is preferred. An X-ray license is required.
Candidates should have a high school education and at least 1 year of experience in a dental office. Cross-training is ideally preferred, though not required.
This position includes an hourly rate, PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 3.5% match, and bonus opportunities. Parking is available in a parking lot, and staff receive a lunch break of 1/2–1 hour.
