Responsibilities
● As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:
● Deliver preventative hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
● Partner with your dedicated hygiene assistant to ensure seamless patient care and efficient scheduling
● Educate and motivate patients on oral health, periodontal care, and preventive strategies
● Use digital technology to support same-day treatment planning
● Collaborate closely with doctors and the team to provide comprehensive, same-day care whenever possible
● Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols
● Participate in team meetings, huddles, and CE opportunities to enhance both patient care and office culture

About You
● Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
● Professional, balanced, and patient-centered — someone who treats patients as people, not numbers, but understands the importance of metrics and outcomes
● Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
