Registered Dental hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice serving a diverse community. Our practice is a general dentistry setting that works primarily with PPO patients, and we value team members who can help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate is gentle, personable, and confident in building trust with patients of all ages. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves educating patients, supporting their oral health goals, and communicating effectively with dentists and the rest of the clinical team. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we are happy to support a recent college-educated hygienist who is eager to grow in a professional setting.

Key responsibilities include performing routine dental hygiene procedures, completing thorough cleanings and periodontal assessments, taking and reviewing diagnostic records as directed, and reinforcing home care instructions. You will also assist in maintaining a smooth clinical flow, prepare treatment areas, and ensure each patient receives attentive, respectful care. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a calm chairside manner are highly valued.

This role is full-time and includes a 30-minute lunch break. Onsite parking is available for convenience. To support a safe work environment, the office provides face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We are committed to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety throughout the day.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with a base salary range of $65–$75 per hour plus a bonus incentive. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, a 401(k), and medical insurance.
