We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of dental experience who is comfortable working in both the clinical and front-office environments.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be more than "just an assistant." We are looking for a team player, problem solver, and patient advocate who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and being cross-trained across the practice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clinical
Assist with general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, sedation, and surgery
Assist with extractions, bone grafting, implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Maintain strong infection-control and sterilization standards
Anticipate the doctor's needs and help procedures run efficiently
Provide exceptional patient support before, during, and after treatment

Front Office
Assist with patient scheduling and treatment coordination
Verify insurance and assist with insurance-related tasks
Help with patient communication and follow-up
Support treatment presentation and case acceptance
Assist with financial discussions and payment coordination
Help create a seamless experience from the first phone call through completion of treatment

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience
Has both clinical and front-office/administrative experience
Is comfortable working with patients from routine care to complex surgical cases
Is eager to be cross-trained and continuously learn
Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Communicates professionally and confidently
Works well in a team and is willing to jump in wherever needed
Understands that exceptional dentistry starts with an exceptional patient experience
Takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys caring for people
