We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Team Member to join our dynamic dental office, specializing in General dentistry with a single doctor under PPO and Private insurance plans. This part-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent service to our valued patients.
As a member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments using Eaglesoft, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of front desk experience in a dental setting, with knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred. Being bi-lingual is a significant advantage, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse patient base.
Our practice is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) for our team, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
