Full Time Dental Assistant

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to take your career in the dental field to the next level? We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our vibrant and patient-focused general dentistry practice.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting the dentist during procedures, taking and developing dental x-rays, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. A current Texas RDA License is required for this position, and while we prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience, we are willing to provide training for the right individual who shows eagerness to learn.

Our dental office values work-life balance, offering a one-hour lunch break during our hours of operation: Monday 6:50 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 6:50 am to 6:00 pm, and one Saturday a month from 6:50 am to 2:00 pm.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $17 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and training. Additionally, we provide a generous benefits package that includes a 401K Plan, paid time off (PTO), continuing education opportunities, and dental coverage.

Chairside assistance during various dental procedures
Fabrication of temporary crowns
Digital and traditional impressions- We do EMAX technology, 3D printing and Oral Sleep Appliances
X-ray imaging and processing
Composite
Patient care coordination and education
Sterilization and infection control
Dentrix Ascend Software
