Our well-established dental office is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team as we expand our practice. With a strong foundation built over the past two and a half years, our single-doctor practice prides itself on delivering high-quality patient care in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our experienced staff members have been with us for 20-30 years, underpinning our commitment to excellence and consistent patient satisfaction.
As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to work Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM. The position is ideal for individuals looking to establish themselves in dentistry as we are open to welcoming new graduates seeking to grow their skills in the field. During your time here, you will perform duties one patient at a time, typically spending approximately 45 minutes with each patient to ensure comprehensive care.
Our office is equipped with modern amenities, including a Cavitron and an x-ray unit, which will facilitate your efficiency in providing top-notch hygiene services. While we take check-up x-rays once a year, we refer more complex procedures, including SRPs, to our trusted local periodontist. Scheduling is efficiently handled by our front desk staff, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.
We emphasize a patient-centered approach and strive for a work-life balance. Our part-time Dental Hygienist position offers a competitive compensation rate of $50/hour, along with a 401(k) benefit as part of our commitment to supporting our team members’ financial well-being.
