Bixby Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave from December 2026 through January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered private practice with a supportive team that values exceptional customer service, efficiency, and compassionate patient care.

Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain an efficient daily schedule
Present treatment plans and help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances with confidence and professionalism
Verify PPO insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist with insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient follow-up
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and fellow team members to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications
1–5 years of dental front office experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Experience with dental practice management software
Knowledge of PPO insurance verification and coordination
Experience with treatment presentation, insurance claims, and accounts receivable preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping patients
