Compensation: $55–$63 per hour
Preferred Workdays: Monday, Thursday and Friday

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

-Perform preventive dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as indicated.
-Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings.
-Take digital dental radiographs as indicated.
-Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
-Apply fluoride treatments and other preventive therapies as appropriate.
-Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
-Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to identify treatment needs and support comprehensive patient care.
-Follow all applicable infection control protocols and clinical regulations.

Qualifications

-Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license.
-Current CPR/BLS certification.
-Previous dental hygiene experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Gentle, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Familiarity with Open Dental is preferred.
-Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
