Hygienist

We are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist with an outgoing and fun loving personality to join our team.

We have two doctors with alternating schedules - 1 doctor per day.

Our patient base includes self pay PPO and Private insurance plans.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive care.
The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, professionalism, and patient-focused service.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable taking direction and correction in a fast-paced clinical setting.
A bright smile, a personable approach, and a winning personality are essential. The ability to remember details, open to learning, and contribute positively to the team is highly valued.
Core responsibilities include caring chair side manner, dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, patient recall, dental charting, scheduling, fluoride treatment, sealants and digital x-rays.
Familiarity with Open Dental, DEXIS, Intraoral Camera systems, iTero, NOMAD .
Additional strengths such as bilingual communication and CPR certification are required.
Candidates should be comfortable supporting clinical workflow and maintaining excellent standards of care and documentation.
Our office is committed to providing a safe and well-equipped work environment. Personal protective equipment available includes goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available on the side of the building, and a 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.

Compensation for this role is $48–$54 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
