We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team in a small, three-operatory dental practice that offers general dentistry services. Our focus is on providing exceptional, personalized care to our patients in a welcoming environment. As the current hygienist transitions into retirement, this full-time opportunity provides a unique chance for the right individual to step into a valued role within our tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hygiene services to our patients, typically one patient at a time. You will spend approximately one hour with each patient, performing thorough cleanings, taking and interpreting X-rays, providing oral health education, and supporting our goal of maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You'll work closely with our single-doctor team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental hygiene role within a general practice setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential. Familiarity with PPO and private insurance models will be beneficial in understanding our patient base. Our practice values professionalism and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who will contribute positively to our culture.

Working Environment:

You will work in a comfortable setting with easy access to a large parking lot, making your daily commute hassle-free. We prioritize safety and have implemented OSHA protocols for both our staff and our patients. You will be entitled to a one-hour lunch break each day, allowing you to recharge and maintain your well-being.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $58-$62, depending on experience, with a flexible employment model available (1099 or W-2), which includes a 401K plan with a 3% match.
