Orthodontic Administrative Coordinator

**Previous dental or orthodontic experience is not required - we are willing to train!**

Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based dental group, is looking for a professional to join our motivated and ambitious team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.

**Travel is necessary between our offices in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Cumming.

Responsibilities:
Address incoming calls; schedule and confirm appointments
Provide coverage for check-out
Present treatment plans to achieve a high acceptance rate for orthodontic care
Explain financial obligations and collect on patient balances
Verify orthodontic insurance benefits
Enter accurate information and post payments in Dolphin, our Patient Management Software
Ensure required contract and other documents are distributed
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Able to work Monday-Friday
Willing to travel between our office locations in Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming
Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
