Patient Coordinator

Our private dental practice has an opening for a full time Patient Coordinator! We are seeking a Cheerful personality that gives the best experience to our patients and promotes a positive tone throughout our team.
We offer a caring work atmosphere, a four-day work week, competitive pay and benefits. Our office would best be described as fun, fast paced and professional. We are truly, State of the art, and we strive to employ the best healthcare workers that are able to maximize this opportunity.

If you have a positive attitude, are a team player and great at multitasking we would love to hear from you! *At least one year of dental experience is required.

The position includes but not limited to the following tasks:

-Check patients in and out
-Answer phones
-Confirm and schedule appointments
-Check emails/voicemails and respond accordingly
-Confirm dental insurance and benefits
-Keep waiting room organized and sanitized
