Signature Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, a leader in periodontal care in the Charlotte area for over 40 years, is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. With three locations and more planned, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our skilled team of periodontists with a range of procedures, from routine periodontal therapy to advanced dental implant placements and cosmetic gum surgeries. Your expertise in periodontal care, combined with your passion for patient interaction, will contribute significantly to our mission of enhancing smiles and bolstering patient confidence.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of periodontal procedures. Knowledge of the necessary tools and techniques, as well as proficiency in compliance with safety protocols, including the use of provided personal protective equipment, is essential.

In return for your dedication, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $27 per hour, health/vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k matching for eligible employees. Join us in making a difference in our patients’ lives!
