Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Newton, MA

Join Boston’s Best Pediatric and Orthodontic Dental Office as a full-time Dental Assistant in a busy orthodontic practice dedicated to excellent patient care and a supportive team environment. We are looking for a dependable, friendly professional with 1 year of ortho assisting experience to help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

In this role, you will assist with orthodontic procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and support patient care using tools and systems such as Dentrix, DEXIS, iTero, NOMAD Pro, and Cavitron. Additional responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient records management, oral hygiene instruction, infection control, and patient education. Experience with Zoom Whitening and care for special needs patients is also valued. CPR certification is required.

This position offers a 1-hour lunch break, nearby parking for $5/day, and all necessary PPE, including N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We provide competitive pay of $26–$32 per hour based on experience, along with PTO, paid sick leave, medical insurance, discounted dental care, and paid holidays.
