Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our low-stress, family-friendly dental office. Our team prides itself on providing exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment. We have a well-educated patient base that prioritizes oral health, with many visiting us every three to four months.

As a full-time Dental Hygienist, you will enjoy a balanced work schedule, with shifts that span four days a week, including one Saturday each month (no summer Saturdays!). Our day begins with a 7:30 am huddle, and patient appointments run from 8 am to 2 pm, allowing our staff flexibility in their day to accommodate meal times—even without a defined lunch break.

In this position, you will provide thorough and compassionate care to one patient at a time, dedicating approximately 30 minutes for kids (unless orthodontic treatment is involved) and 60 minutes for adults (with extensions as necessary). For scaling and root planing, you will have 90 minutes per patient to ensure the highest standards of care.

To excel in this role, you should be proficient with Eaglesoft, VELscope, and digital X-rays. A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you will be interacting closely with our patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
