LOCATION
Chicago, ILWe are a private practice in the Lincoln Square community of Chicago seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dental practice.
With this position you will take over the current patient base for our part-time dentist. As a representative of our office, the ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and treatment to patients while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures
- Utilize medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental office software
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and new technologies
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Excellent time management
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology for prosthodontics
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and best practices
