Elite Dental Studio is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule:
Monday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$48-$52 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!

Time allotted for procedures
NP: 60
SRP per quad: 60
Prophy: 60
Average # of patients per day: 8-9
Morning Huddle: yes

Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
Anesthetic Certification required
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR Certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
