As part of our innovative practice, you will work closely with a single doctor in a general dentistry setting, assisting with a variety of procedures including cosmetic treatments, orthodontics, and implants. Your role will involve front desk responsibilities, patient care, and chair-side assistance, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of service.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn without the need for micromanagement. A willingness to be trained, along with experience in digital radiography, infection control, and instrument sterilization, will be beneficial. Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend and a capacity for leadership will set you apart. While cross-training is advantageous, your enthusiasm and skill set will ensure your success. We are willing to train you if you are trainable, eager and posses leadership qualities.
