Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator

We are a boutique-style private dental practice dedicated to providing our patients with an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for an energetic, positive, and personable Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have dental front office experience and be comfortable being cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and eager to be part of a close-knit team.

What You'll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Verify insurance and assist with treatment estimates and financial discussions
Maintain accurate patient records and front-office administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and follow-up
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Assist with other areas of the practice as needed through cross-training
Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and team members

What We're Looking For
•2+ years of dental office experience preferred
•Previous dental front office/reception experience
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Warm, outgoing, and positive personality
•Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to multitask in a busy but patient-focused environment
•Comfortable learning and taking on responsibilities outside of the traditional front desk role
•Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
