Our practice is seeking an experienced and competent RDH for our high-integrity General Practice in Concord.
We are looking to hire permanently for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Days can be flexible.
Our office hours for the position:
TUESDAY 8 am - 4:30 pm (lunch 12:30-1:30 pm)
WEDNESDAY 8 am - 4:30 pm (lunch 12-1:30 pm)
THURSDAY 8 am - 4:30 pm (lunch 12-1:30 pm)
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the first patient of the morning. Compensation to be negotiated based on experience and licensure.

Professional expectations include the following:
-Licensure is current, and ongoing requirements kept up to date
-Excellent verbal communication skills between other staff and patients
-Thorough, detailed, accurate charting, and written documentation abilities
-Correct use of dental terminology and nomenclature
-Demonstrates the highest level of competency in proper disinfection/ sterilization/ cross contamination prevention, and understands the logic behind protocols
-Utilizes their licensure, experience, and scope of practice to assist patients at the highest level in appointments
-Knowledge of Patterson Eaglesoft software is a plus
-Ability to view the daily schedule critically to determine how to make the day run as smoothly as possible, and identify scheduling conflicts before they arise
-Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times
-Ability to take diagnostic x rays, and identifying when retakes are needed before providers request retakes
-Experienced in 3D intraoral scanning, Pano x rays, and CT scans on a Pano machine
-Has excellent communication skills when informing the front office of procedures completed during an appointment

-Arrives on time and has a professional appearance
-Seeks out solutions and improvements for the betterment of the office
-Does not need to be “coached” or corrected multiple times on the same issue
-Does not bring unnecessary drama to the professionalism of our office, and can handle conflicts as they arise in an appropriate manner
-Performs their job in a way that they would “feel comfortable” bringing their own friends and family for treatment in that dental office
-Someone who “owns” their job, and takes pride in what they do at the office
-Motivation to embrace new technology, skills, and equipment as it comes into the office
-Someone who is social, comfortable with getting to know patients and staff, and becoming a “familiar face”. The majority of our patients have been at our office for years, and many of their family members are also patients
-Great attention to detail, not doing “sloppy” work or cutting corners
-Most importantly, a positive and friendly attitude!
