Are you a dedicated dental hygienist looking to be part of a compassionate and family-oriented team? Rockwell Family Dental, a well-established practice in the Hamilton, NJ community for over 30 years, is seeking a part-time dental hygienist to join our multi-specialty team. Our practice, founded by Dr. Dawn Rockwell and her family, focuses on providing the highest standard of care across various dental fields, including general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
As a growing practice, we pride ourselves on having a supportive work environment that emphasizes patient care and innovation. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings, administering preventative care, and educating patients on oral hygiene. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending 45 minutes with each, ensuring personalized, attentive service.
We are committed to delivering gentle dentistry characterized by empathy and understanding. Our team utilizes the latest technological advancements in treatment planning to enhance patient experiences. Additionally, we follow strict PPE guidelines to ensure an organized and safe environment for both our team and our patients. We provide disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, emphasizing our commitment to health and safety.
This position is ideal for recent graduates as well as seasoned professionals; all experience levels are welcome to apply. While being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, it is not required. We believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, making it an excellent opportunity for those entering or advancing in their dental career.
Our practice operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your shift. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
