Ledet Dental is a mobile dental company providing local dental care for seniors in long-term care facilities. Our mission is to deliver exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service to the elderly. We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator, who can also serve as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) when clinical coverage is needed, to join our team in the Waco/Robinson area.

Schedule:

Part-Time
Monday–Thursday
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare the hygiene schedule
- Schedule hygiene appointments and manage hygiene billing
- Serve as the liaison between residents, family members, social workers, and facility staff
- Prepare and deliver daily and monthly hygiene reports
- Maintain professional communication via phone and email
- Manage patient recall records and correspondence
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Provide RDA clinical support as needed for team coverage
- The physical capability to lift 40 lbs. or more
- Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of dental experience required
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend and basic computer proficiency required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute as a team player
- Must be able to pass a background check
