LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

LOCATION
Baytown, TX

We are seeking a skilled and dependable dental assistant to join our busy, multi-specialty dental practice. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, clinically confident, professional, and comfortable taking a leadership role within the dental assisting team. Our practice supports a wide range of services, including general dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and multi-doctor care, while serving patients with Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education and a minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience. Strong chairside skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical setting are essential. Responsibilities may include assisting during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining clinical supplies, and supporting smooth patient flow. Leadership qualities are highly valued, as this role includes guiding and supporting fellow dental assistants when needed.
