Our office is committed to providing high-quality care, focusing on PPO and private insurance patients. As a cloud-based practice, we leverage modern technology to enhance both patient experience and operational efficiency.
Position Overview:
As our new General Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive dental services. Your expertise in endodontics and all aspects of general dentistry will enable you to provide excellent care to our diverse patient population. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about patient care, possesses a strong work ethic, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of general dental services, including but not limited to examinations, diagnostic procedures, restorative care, extractions, and endodontics.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, leveraging our cloud-based systems for efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and comfort by adhering to infection control protocols and utilizing the provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Educate patients on preventive care and maintain a positive and informative relationship with them.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in general dentistry.
- Proficiency in endodontics and all general dentistry procedures.
- Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction.
Working Conditions:
Our office offers a supportive environment with comprehensive PPE supplies, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additionally, you will have a minimum 30-minute lunch break to recharge during your shifts.
