Full Time Hygienist
LOCATION
Liberty Hill, TXWe are a growing general and PPO dental practice seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our team full-time. Our office is family owned and welcomes patients of all ages in a warm, judgment-free environment focused on providing anxiety-free care. In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visits. You will see one patient at a time and typically have 1 hour per patient, allowing you to deliver thorough care without feeling rushed. Core responsibilities include calculus removal, prophylaxis, fluoride treatment, gingivitis screening, periodontal treatment, pit and fissure sealants, and patient education. Experience with Cavitron and Dentrix is important, and CPR certification is required.
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset. Because our team is focused on maintaining a drama-free, respectful workplace, the ideal candidate will be positive, adaptable, and committed to supporting both patients and coworkers. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist with 0 to 1 year of experience who is eager to grow within a supportive and team-oriented office.
Our schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM. A 30-minute lunch break is provided. For your safety, we supply goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We also offer PTO as part of the benefits package. Compensation is $55 per hour.
