We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our solo provider private dental practice. Our commitment to exceptional patient care and comfort sets us apart as a general practice that values every individual who walks through our doors. As our current dental assistant prepares to move out of state, we aim to find someone who can embrace our mission of personalized dental care. You will be working alongside Dr. Daining; part-time hygienists Gina, Niloo, and Jenia; office manager Jamie; flex assistant/front office Jamie, and part-time assistant Hanadi.

In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with various procedures, patient education, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred but not required, as we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Our daily schedule prioritizes both patient care and employee well-being, offering one-hour lunch breaks Tuesday through Thursday, and a thirty-minute break on Fridays. Parking is conveniently available on-site for your convenience.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35, negotiable based on experience, along with many benefits including paid holidays, vacation, medical insurance, 401k with matching, and sick pay.
